Description

With e-Service Desk, which is underpinned by Metastorm’s Business Process Management (BPM) technology, they have mapped their IT Service Desk processes in alignment with their business requirements. In addition, they have been able to modify these processes internally on demand to make sure they are and exact fit with their other in-house databases and systems.

ICCM's e-service desk using Metastorm BPM is an extremely powerful tool, enabling AAM to:

– Integrate with other systems using flags and SQL database views
– Create and edit BPM procedures so as to tailor the system to business needs
– Configure the interface for corporate branding and local languages
